In-Stock Shipping: Bundles currently in stock process within 24 to 48 hours and ship immediately via standard shipping (2–5 business days). Tracking numbers will be sent automatically via email as soon as your package drops at the courier.

 Pre-Order Shipping: Frontals and closures are custom-ordered to ensure a flawless texture match with your bundles. Orders containing pre-order items require 7–10 business days for processing and production before they are shipped. If you purchase a package containing both in-stock bundles and a pre-order frontal, your entire order will ship together once the frontal is ready (7–10 business days).

 Shipping Disclaimer: Knoir Raw Collection is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been scanned by the courier. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders to ensure secure receipt.

 Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to cancel any order, limit order quantities, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This applies particularly in cases of suspected fraud, unverified billing details, or address mismatches. To protect our clients, your billing address and shipping address must match exactly at checkout, or the transaction will be automatically flagged and cancelled.
