Refund & Exchange Policy 

We accept returns for a full refund or product exchange within 7 days of your delivery date (as validated by courier tracking). After 7 days have passed, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange. Once an order is placed and processed through our system, it can not be cancelled or altered.

Due to federal health regulations regarding hair extensions  and wearable products, all hair must be in its original, unaltered condition to qualify for a return or exchange. The security zip-ties, rubber bands, and custom KNoir packaging must be completely intact. Hair that has been unraveled, brushed, combed, washed, conditioned, cut, coloured, or installed will be rejected immediately, no refund will be issued, and the items will be sent back at your expense.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our concierge team at KNoirrawcollection@outlook.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the bundles showing the intact security tags. Once approved, we wii provide you with our secure return shipping address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

KNoir Raw Collection supplies 100% authentic, unprocessed Raw Indian Temple Hair. Because each bundle is sourced from a single human donor, no two bundles are completely identical. Minor variations in natural colour (ranging from darkest brown to natural black) and wave/curl patterns are completely normal and are a testament to the hairs raw purity. These natural variations are not considered product defects and fall under our standard 7-day return policy requirements.
